Tailor-Flow is a young project — our support channel is evolving. For the fastest response, reach out via one of the options below:

  • Email: support@tailor.irm-flow.com — for account, pattern, or billing questions.
  • Community forum: coming soon — we’ll open a dedicated space where makers, coders, and tailors can share tips, showcase work, and troubleshoot together.
  • Open-source pattern engine: the Tailor-Flow pattern engine is built on FreeSewing, which has an excellent community forum for deep technical questions about the underlying engine, design contributions, and pattern mathematics.

Sign in once, generate patterns as often as you like, and revisit them any time. Your measurements stay private, stored only with your account.
